We teachers are always looking forward to this because we still get salary and we do not have to face the noisy misbehave students ...at least for a long period of time.
Many youngsters keep applying for teaching college but their main aim is the high pay ('tiek buong wan' - Foochow interpretation). If no passion in teaching, then a doomed generation will be produced.
